Powerforce Midland is looking for a passionate and customer focused Parts Interpreter to join our growing team. If you have a love for motorcycles, experience in parts interpreting, or strong mechanical knowledge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a key role in supporting our retail customers, workshop technicians, and sales team. You will be responsible for interpreting parts, supplying accurate information, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and supply genuine Honda motorcycle and power equipment parts

Assist retail customers at the counter, by phone and email

Support workshop technicians with accurate parts for service and repairs

Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and merchandise displays

Use EPCs and dealer systems to identify parts and process orders

Provide professional, friendly customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For

Previous parts interpreter or automotive parts experience (preferred)

Mechanical understanding or hands-on knowledge of motorcycles

Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

A genuine passion for motorcycles and power equipment
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
-
Every second Saturday: 8:15am – 1:00pm
